South Eastern United States Kendo Federation members:
Please distribute this information to you dojo members.
SEUSKF is making available dark blue tenugui with the official emblem of the SEUSKF in white. We are not yet taking orders as I have not visited the post office to determine shipping costs but I wanted to let everyone know. We will charge $12.00 per tenugui or $10.00 for orders of ten (10) or more. All proceeds will go to supporting our SEUSKF team to the 2011 national championships. Checks or money orders (no cash please)should be made out to SEUSKF.
I should have the shipping costs within a few days.
Take care.

Southeast Kendo Federation Members:
Please notify your dojo members of the following information.
Although my term as president of SEUSKF ends on December 31, I have been asked to oversee the Tournament coordinating committee for the National Championship Tournament. It will be held at Atlanta's Emory University on August 11-14, 2011. AUSKF has informed me that based on previous National Championships, we need approximately one hundred (100) volunteers.
Volunteers will be taking care of score keeping, timekeeping, and other court side chores. They need not be kenshi but, of course, that would be helpful. We can use family members, wives, husbands, parents, or family friends. Competitors in the National Championship tournament will not be used. Volunteers will be responsible for their room and meals. You will be given a tee shirt that identifies you as an official staff member that will be yours for the keeping. It will say something like "2011 All United States Kendo Championships, August 13-14, Atlanta, Georgia, STAFF."
Please think this over and if you can volunteer, please notify me when you can.
